Elegant Event Center <br />City Narrative <br />ABSTRACT <br />The success of our business model is dependent on <br />the initial restoration of the property at 3776 <br />Connelly Ave as well as being able to successfully <br />serve the needs within the community of Arden <br />Hills. With a background rooted in community <br />service and event planning, founders Rose and <br />James Kukwa have a strong track record of <br />collaboration with government bodies, ensuring the <br />successful implementation of impactful and <br />sustainable projects. Their new venture, the <br />Elegant Event Center, located at 3776 Connelly <br />Ave, Arden Hills, Minnesota, will transform a <br />former Bingo Hall and cafe into a multi -functional <br />venue. This center will be developed in three <br />phases, encompassing an event space, cafe, and an <br />adult day care program. The project promises <br />significant economic, social, and cultural benefits, <br />including job creation, enhanced local spending, <br />and increased tourism.
