,-`ik�EN HILLS <br />Approved: July 22, 2024 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />DUNE 24, 2024 <br />7:00 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor David Grant called to order the regular City <br />Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br />Present: Mayor David Grant, Councilmembers Tom Fabel, Brenda Holden, Tena <br />Monson and Emily Rousseau <br />Absent: None <br />Also present: City Administrator Dave Perrault; Public Works Director/City Engineer <br />David Swearingen; Community Development Director Jessica Jagoe; Finance Director <br />Joua Yang; Assistant to the City Administrator/City Clerk Julie Hanson; and City <br />Attorney Amy Schmidt <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Councilmember Holden requested pulling Item 8B from the Consent Agenda for discussion as <br />Item 9A. <br />Councilmember Monson requested pulling Item 8C from the Consent Agenda for discussion as <br />Item 9B. <br />MOTION: Councilmember Monson moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br />motion to approve the meeting agenda as amended. The motion carried (5-0). <br />2. TCAAP/RICE CREEK COMMONS UPDATE <br />City Administrator Perrault stated The Joint Development Authority has not met since the last <br />Council meeting, neither have either of the committees. We are still waiting on an update from <br />Alatus and their work with a private development partner, we expect a draft of their proposal <br />sometime this week. The energy committee is also in the midst of planning a meeting to with the <br />energy consultant to hear the status of their project. Lastly, the next JDA meeting is tentatively <br />scheduled for July 23rd. <br />
