Design Standards <br />Driveways - Recommended Condition <br />IIII r-1 <br />1 <br />�q o <br />r„- a <br />LLir <br />a <br />Proposed Site Plan <br />• Per City Code, the minimum and maximum driveway widths for commercial properties are 22 feet and <br />32 feet on City streets, respectively. Access drives may be placed adjacent to property lines but in no <br />case shall a driveway be placed nearer than 5 feet to an existing drive on an abutting property. <br />• Applicant is proposing to utilize the existing driveway access with frontage on Connelly Avenue. <br />• Site survey does not include the dimensions of the existing driveway. <br />• A portion of the Subject Property's driveway access is located on the property to the south which is <br />owned by Flaherty's. <br />• Based on the current information, staff recommends the addition of Condition 22: <br />• The Applicant shall be required for parking lot improvements to relocate the driveway access including curbing so that it is <br />entirely located within the non -vacated portion of Connelly Avenue in a manner compliant with city codes. <br />
