Additional Reviews <br />Building Official <br />The Building Official has reviewed the plans and has no additional comments at this time. A Building <br />Permit will be required prior to any construction taking place. <br />Public Works Director/City Engineer <br />The Public Works Director/City Engineer has reviewed the plans. The following comments have been <br />provided: <br />• Applicant shall apply for a City Grading and Erosion Control permit and submit the total area of <br />reconstructed surface. <br />• Applicant shall contact Rice Creek Watershed District to verify if a watershed permit is needed. <br />• The City has received complaints of vehicle traffic that exits this property. The complaint is vehicles <br />do not stop or yield while existing which causes issues with traffic on Connelly Avenue. <br />Fire Marshal <br />The Fire Marshal is currently reviewing the plans. No additional conditions have been included at this <br />time. <br />
