<br />~ <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />109 <br /> <br />~ <br />~ <br /> <br />MINUTES OF SPECIAL lrIEETING <br /> <br />COUl'WIL OF mE VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br />February 16, 1953 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:40 P.M. by Mayor <br />CumminGs. <br /> <br />Roll Call: Present - Cummings, Mack, DeLange, LUdlow <br />Absent - McClung <br /> <br />Mr. H,D. Van Yxevelen appeared on behalf of the Minnesota <br />Hi~hway Department requesting approval of the layout for the <br />relocation of Highways # 10 and 51 throuGh the village. Rights <br />along the proposed road site have already been purchased by the <br />Highway Department. <br />Means of access to the highways were checked on by many <br />people of the village. <br />The council decided to defer action until the regular <br />council meeting on February 24th. <br />Delange moved that the meeting be adjourned.
