Mc Clung seconded the motion accepting <br /> Mr. De Lange'S resignation and appointing Bob AShback to .tilli31 . ~ ( <br /> his unexpired term of office - carried. <br /> Mr. 11c Clung resolved that the Village of Arden Hills should enter <br /> into a fire protection 8c;reemer>t with the Lake Johanna Volunteer <br /> Fire Dept. at a fee of i~lOOO.OO for the year 1954 and with the <br /> Spring Lake Park Volunteer Fire Dept. Inc. at a fee of $750.00 <br /> for the year 1954. The clerk read the proposed fire protection <br /> contracts. Mack moved Rnd Ashback seconiled a motion accepting <br /> Mc Clung'S resolution and accepting the contracts as read by the <br /> mayor and clerk - carried. <br /> Ludlow moved RI'd Mc Clung seconc'ced a motion that a .joint meeting <br /> be held with the Town Board of MoundSview at 7:30 P.M.
