<br />141 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF SPECIAL ISB.:TING <br /> <br />COUNCIL OF '['HE VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br />Wectnesday, January 13, 1954 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:22 P.M. in the home of <br />Robert Ashback by Mayor CUmMings. <br /> <br />Roll Call: Mc Clung, Cummings, Ashback, Ludlow present; )'.!ack <br />-absent. -" <br /> <br />The C18rk presented. the annual Financial Statement of the <br />Village of Arden Hills for approval by the Council. After dis- <br />cussion in which it was noted that the Village was now on a <br />firm financial basis, Ashback moved and Mc Clung seconded a <br />motion approving the statement for publication in the Rose <br />'rribune - carried. <br /> <br />The Mayor read a letter~unty Enginoer, Bronson, relative to <br />the making of surveys of road needs within cities under 5,000 <br />population. After discussion Mc Clung moved and Ashback second- <br />8d a motion authorizirw the clerk to make a request for such a <br />survey within the village limits - carried. <br /> <br />Mc Clun,z Boven ann Ludlow [ceconnen a motion that the meeting be <br />adjourned - carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
