Mallinas of Cleveland Ave. No. 8:. Co. Rd G. requested an ex- <br />tension of 30 days to Hay 31st within which he is to show cause <br />v:hy he should not comply with the request made by the council in <br />re: his property. Mack Moved and Ludlow seconded a motion grant- <br />inp; Mr. Mallinas request - carried. <br /> <br />Mack Moved 8.nd Ludlow seconded a motion that Hans Prechtel of 1543 <br />Glenhill Rd. be certified by the clerk as ~ssessor for the Village <br />of Arden Hills for the year 1954 - carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Ashback's ouinion on the burning ordinance was read by the <br />clerk. . <br /> <br />Claim 's #394 thru #1,01 vlere read by the clerk. Hack moved and Lud- <br />low seconded a motion the claims be approved as read - carried. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mack moved Constable Wasielewski present a claim in the amount of <br />$50.00 against the Village of' Arden Hills as a result of' an <br />accident while ne:t'forninp: his r'luties as Dolice of'1'icer of the <br />villasce. 'rhe $;50.00 amount due Wasielewski by reason of the $50.00 <br />deductible insurance carried on the Constables I autos by the village - <br />
