IIack moved, and Mr. McClung seconded the motion, that the <br />reading ot the minutes be dispensed with. IIotion carried. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. Sexton gave a report of the Planning Committee regarding plans <br />on Valentine .Hills .No. 2. Submitted report and reC01lllllllnded no action be <br />taken until project owners had complied with certain recOIIIIII.endations made <br />in report. <br />1Ir. Kenneth Schacht spjke questioning drainage through Sll"amp area <br />in Valentine Hills No.2. Clerk is to write Hubert F. West, Secretary <br />Ramsey County Plat Commission advising him of action 'We have taken regarding <br />ValentiiJ.e Hills No.2 and ask him llhat action he has taken. <br />Mr. Vie Weber, Chief of Police, spoke on matters relating to the <br />Public Safety COIIIlIIittee. <br />Hamllne AvelUe--Tracks to Highlrq No. 10 needs sign <br />MChildren--Caution, etc.M <br />Mr. Berntson of Forest Lane requests a sign at each end of the street. <br />
