The reconfigured church parking lot, along with the potential additional parking spaces shown <br />on the latest site plan, would result in a net decrease of approximately 15 parking spaces or <br />about a two (2) percent reduction when compared to existing conditions (i.e., 840 existing <br />spaces versus 825 proposed spaces). Further coordination with the project team, church, and/or <br />City should occur to confirm the appropriate level of parking that should be provided. <br />4) Ensure a consistent sidewalk connection is provided between the proposed development entryway <br />and the planned trail from the proposed development that would connect to the existing multiuse <br />trail along the south side of CR 96. <br />
