The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />May 8, 2024 – Planning Commission Regular Meeting <br /> <br />Commissioner Mitchell moved, seconded by Commissioner Wicklund, to approve the May <br />8, 2024, Planning Commission Regular Meeting as presented. Planning Case 24-011; Zoning Code Amendment to Chapter 13, Section 1325.07, <br />Subd. 6.A. – Location of Buildings Housing Farm Animals – Public Hearing <br /> <br />Community Development Director Jagoe stated earlier this year, the Applicant contacted the <br />City to verify if the keeping of bees would be allowed on his property at 3759 New Brighton <br />Road (“Subject Property”).
