Mr. Oourtney stated the village is allowed to <br /> <br /> <br />purchase the forms. <br /> <br /> <br />Re: l~ounds View Police Department, there is no legal prohibition against the <br /> <br /> <br />practice stated at the March 28 meeting. The matter should be treated as a <br /> <br /> <br />policy between the Council for Arden Hills and the Town Board of Mounds View, <br /> <br /> <br />rather than a legal matter. <br /> <br /> <br />Re: :N. S.P. Ordinance for natural gas , Mr. Courtney stated some points to be <br /> <br /> <br />cleared in the Ordinance. After Council discussion, Mr. Courtney was requested <br /> <br /> <br />to write N.S.P. to get a suitable Ordin/mce for the village. I.lr. McClung <br /> <br /> <br />moved and Mr. DeLange seconded the motion we introduce Ordinonce permitting <br /> <br /> <br />N.S.P. to bring natural gas into Arden Hills and consider this the first <br /> <br /> <br />reading of the Ol'dinance. Motion passed. <br /> <br /> <br />lie: Letter from Mr. Mahr, Mr. McClung moved and stromquist seconded the motion <br /> <br /> <br />the attorney acknowledge the letter recieved . thanking Mr. M8.hr for his <br /> <br /> <br />coopere,tion, and agreeing to the extension of time, which will terminate <br /> <br /> <br />nine>>, (90) ~s from de.te of :previous letter of March 29. 1955. Motion <br /> <br /> <br />passed, <br /> <br /> <br />The Dog Ordinance was read aloud by the clerk. Mr. Courtney stated that <br /> <br /> <br />certain sections might be ~nd.ed. The Council discussed the problem of <br /> <br /> <br />enforcing the Ordinance and what to do with the stray dogs. Olerk was re- <br /> <br /> <br />quested to call the Humane Society to ask if they will accept dogs, how long <br /> <br /> <br />the dogs are kept by the Sooiety, and if released to owner, will the v1l1t'ge <br /> <br /> <br />be reimbursed the cost of taking the dog to the Society. <br /> <br /> <br />McOlung made the motion we introduce the Orltinance to Provide for Registration <br />
