Attachment A <br />Agreement PW2023-22 <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />COOPERATIVE AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS FOR <br />Hamline Avenue at Colleen Avenue Stormwater Pond 2 <br />Attachments: <br />City Cost - $27,139.20 A — Bid Results for Pond 2 <br />County Cost - $27,139.20 B1 — Depiction of 2024 PMP <br />Street and Utilities Improvement <br />Total Project Cost: $54,278.40 <br />Project <br />B2 — Project Location <br />This Agreement ("Agreement") is between the City of Arden Hills, a municipal corporation <br />("City") and Ramsey County, a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, ("County") <br />for the dredging and maintenance of Hamline Avenue at Colleen Avenue Stormwater <br />Pond 2 (such pond, "Pond 2", and the dredging and maintenance of Pond 2 contemplated <br />in this Agreement, the "Project"). <br />RECITALS <br />1. The Project is included in Ramsey County's 2024 — 2028 Transportation Improvement <br />Program. <br />2. The Project is a part of an overall street and utilities improvement project, shown on <br />Attachment B1 attached hereto and designated as City of Arden Hills 2024 PMP Street <br />and Utility Improvements Project (the "2024 PMP Street and Utilities Improvement <br />Project"). <br />3. Pond 2 is located within the project area of the 2024 PMP Street and Utilities <br />Improvement Project, near the intersection of Colleen Avenue and Hamline Avenue <br />North, as shown on Attachment B2, attached hereto. <br />4. The segment of Hamline Avenue North that is located in the area affected by 2024 <br />PMP Street and Utilities Improvement Project is designated County State Aid Highway <br />(CSAH) 50 and is located within the City. <br />5. Colleen Avenue is a City street. <br />6. Pond 2 has contributing drainage from and serves both County roads and City streets, <br />including CSAH 50 and Colleen Avenue. <br />PW 2023-22 Page 1 of 9 <br />
