NEW BUSINESS -11A <br />'!Tt <br />-AII��EN_ HILLS <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: August 12, 2024 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />FROM: Jessica Jagoe, Interim City Administrator <br />SUBJECT: Update to the TCAAP Final AUAR and Mitigation Plan <br />Budgeted Amount: Actual Amount: Funding Source: <br />N/A N/A N/A <br />Council Should Consider <br />Council should consider approving the update to the AUAR provided by Kimley Horn. <br />Background <br />At the July 22" d City Council Work Session meeting, Kimley Horn presented the 2024 draft <br />AUAR update for a final review before approval. Council direction was to have Kimley Horn <br />give a brief presentation (see Attachment A) and answer any questions at the next regular <br />meeting before the adoption of the AUAR update. This update needs to be completed every five <br />years until all the development in the area has been approved. The original AUAR was approved <br />back in 2014 and updated in 2019. The AUAR will remain valid for an additional five years <br />from the date of adoption.
