AUAR Updates <br />• Update must be completed every 5 years until all <br />development in the study area has been approved <br />• Identify: <br />• Any changes to the development scenarios <br />• Updates to the impact analysis and mitigation plan to reflect <br />changes in the study area or in applicable regulations <br />• 10 business day comment period <br />• If no objections are filed by state agencies or the Metropolitan <br />Council, the RGU can adopt the AUAR Update <br />
