The site is bounded by <br />Highway 10 to the west, County Road 96 (CR 96) to the north, and Snelling Avenue to the east. The site <br />is generally vacant, although a portion of the existing church parking lot would be modified to <br />accommodate the proposed apartments. The objectives of the review are to estimate the trip generation <br />of the proposed development, qualitatively assess any transportation impacts to the adjacent roadway <br />network, and identify potential improvements and/or considerations for the site.
