<br />r <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />At a Special Meeting of the Council of the Village of Arden Hills held <br />, <br />at the Village Hall on the second day of January, 1957, consideration was <br /> <br />given ~o a proposed Fire Protection Contract with the Lake Johanna Volunteer <br />Fire Oepartment. Inc.. for the years 1957 and 1958, a fom of the Contract <br /> <br />was submitted by the Village Attorney, the same was considered and discussed, <br /> <br />and upon motion duly made and seconded, the following Resolution was unani- <br /> <br />mously passed. to-wit: <br /> <br />RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Clerk of the Village be and they <br />hereby are authorized to enter into a Fire Protection Contract <br />with Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., covering <br />fire protection services to be rendered the Village of Arden <br />Hills during the years 1957 and 1958, pursuant to the fom of <br />Contract which has been prepared by the Village Attorney and <br />submitted to the Council for approval this date. <br /> <br />The above is a true and correct excerpt from the Minutes of the Special <br /> <br />Meeting of the Village Council held on January 2. 1957. <br />Dated at Arden Hills, Minnesota. this .:l~day of January. 1957. <br /> <br />:f~&.:;;l~~ <br />Clerk <br />
