Dietrickson of Horthern States Power <br />Company, Hoyt moved and ":iinfrey seconded the motion approving the contract <br />1'01' village ;r.aintenance of the five street lights in the newly annexed <br />area of the village. ~r. Dietrickson stated to Council that he will check <br />into the matter of landscaping to be done at the power s ta tion on Ey. f/10 <br />and will report back to Clel'k on the matter. <br /> <br />In answer to inquiry by Mr. Eodger, Hoyt reported that although a full <br />committee meeting had not been held, that individually the membel's of the <br />Pub1iC\'iclfare COEmlittee are in agreement with the Zoning Ordinance set <br />up in regal'd to signs and billboards, so feel that the request to move <br />the ~uantrel Cadillac sign should be denied, Upon motion by Hoyt, seconded <br />by stromquist, the request by the Nagele Advertising Company to move the <br />,",-uantrel Cadillac sign on Hig:J.way #10 was denied, in accordance with the <br />. decision made by the Doal'd of Appeals. ]\;Iotio!1 passed. <br /> <br />Upon motion by Hoyt, seconded by Viinfrey, building permits are to be <br />issued in Alexander Grant Park for Lots 1&2, Smock 3, and Lots 7&8, 310ck <br />4 E~ for construction on these lots allowing a 35 foot setback and <br />allowing 7~1 side yard, with an aggregate 15; side yard, p~oviding other <br />construction details abide by the Buildig Code of Arden HIls. icotion <br />pas2ed.
