Upon motj.on by Hoyt, seconded by Winfrey, Hr. Clay Kelly vTaS appointed as Building Inspector an a 6 months approval basis and Hr. Jop.n Johnson was appointed Al ternate Building Inspector to assume the responsibility of Building Inspector vhen appo:Lnted by the Buildhlg Inspector, the position also to be on a 6 months trial basis.
