<br />- ... .'..... <br />/" I ~.../ <br />~ .: ,- )rt.-'~ <br />,,' .J. <br />\\;1..1 <br /> <br /> <br />VILUGE OF ARDEN HILlS <br />COUNTY OF illU.lSEY <br />STATE OF HINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />HESOLUTION CALLll'IG FOR EUlCTION UPON ISSUANCE OF BONDS <br /> <br /> <br />At a Regular jJ~eting of the Council of the Village of Arden Hills held <br /> <br />at the Village Hall on October 28, 1957, a quorum being then and there present, <br /> <br />upon motion by Hoyt, seconded by Stromquist, it was unanimously <br /> <br />m:SOLV1:D, that at the General Village Election to be held at the Village <br /> <br />Hall on High,iay "96", between Hamline Avenue and Snelling Avenue, in the Village <br /> <br />of Arden Hills, for Precinct No.1, and at Lake Johanna School, 3120 Lake Jo- <br /> <br />hanna Boulevard, in the Village of Arden Hills, for Precinct No.2, said elec- <br /> <br />tion to be held between the hours of 1:00 o'clock P. M. and 8:00 o'clock P. M. <br /> <br />on 1uesday, December 3, 1957, the voters shall be submitted a question by <br /> <br />separate ballot in substantially the following language, to-v..-i.t: <br /> <br />Shall the Council of Arden Hills be authorized to <br />issue bonds in an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand <br />Dollars ($10,000.00), said bonds to be general obli- <br />gations of the Village, for the purpose of purchasing <br />Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3), Block Four (h), <br />and Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3), Block Two (2), <br />Arden Hills No.2, according to the plat thereof on <br />file and of record in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Ramsey County, said property to be used for <br />Village purposes? <br /> <br />Proper posted and published notice of this election shall be given forth,;ith, <br /> <br />by posting notice thereof commencing on or before November 21, 1957, and by <br /> <br />publishing notice thereof in the Rose Tribune on November 14, 1957 or November <br /> <br />21, 1957.
