<br />MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF, ARDEN HILLS <br />Thursday, Aprl1 24, 1959 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Mayor Ashbaeh. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Roll Call: Present; Ashbach, CrepeauL Stromquist. <br />meeting at 7:50 ~.M. <br />Absent; PeLange . <br /> <br />W1ntrey arrived at the <br /> <br />The Ernest Money Contract of Sale of the Village Hall by Mounds View <br />Townsh1pto Arden Hills Village was presented and explained by Village <br />Attorney Courtney. . <br />After discussion of the contrac~, motion was made by Crepeau, seoonded by <br />Stromquist that the Village Counc11 of Arden HillS has hereby authorized <br />the proper officials to execute on behalf of the Village, the Contract of <br />Sale with the Townsh1p of Mounds View on the Village Hall property. Motion <br />passed. . <br /> <br />Upon motion by Crepeau, seconded by Stromquist Claim No. /3 tis- was <br />approved for payment.
