<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE. <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, RAMSEY <br />COUNTY., MINNESOTA, HELD MAY 12, 1958. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Coun.cil of Arden Hills was held at th.e Village Hall in the <br />Village of Arden Hills in Ramsey County on Monday, May 12, 1958, at <br />8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Robert O. Ashbach, Mayor <br />L. H. Winfrey, Trustee <br />Henry. Crepeau, Jr., Trustee <br />Lorraine E. Stromquist, Village Clerk <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />B. J. DeLange, Trustee <br /> <br />Clerk Stromquist introduced the following Resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF <br />$10,000.00 REAL ESTATE PURCHASE BONDS OF 1958 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, proceedings have heretofore been instituted for <br /> <br />the issuance of bonds in an am.ount not to exceed $10, 000. 00 for the purpose <br /> <br />of purchasing certain real estate in the Village of Arden Hills, which <br /> <br />property is described as Lots one (1), two (2), and three (3), Block Four (4); <br /> <br />and Lots one (1), two (2), and three (3), Block one (1), Arden Hills No.2, <br /> <br />according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the <br /> <br />Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, and <br />WHEREAS, at an election duly held the voters of Arden Hills <br /> <br />approved such a bond issue, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br /> <br />the Village of Arden Hills, Ram.sey County, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. This Council shall meet at the time and place specified <br /> <br />in the form of notice included in Paragraph 2 hereof for the purpose of <br /> <br />opening and considering sealed bids for and awarding the sale of <br /> <br />$10,000.00 real estate purchase bonds of 1958 of this Village. <br />
