Rossler, 196~ Mound on the Same fence. Mrs. Rossler felt it a <br /> hazard to her small chilc'ren. Attorney stated he kne"1 of no 18.'-1 under <br /> which the Village could take action when the fence is on the owner's prop- <br /> erty. <br /> MAYOR'S REPORT: Ashbach renorted a regional meeting of the LeaK~e of <br /> MinneSota Municipalities to'be held at Stillwater October 2. DeLange <br /> will try to attend. A book showing nel'l high"ay Dlans through Village <br /> was presented to Council. Highway officials will be invited in the near <br /> future to explain the layout to Village residents at a public hearing, <br /> pOSSibly October 20, at the Village Hall. <br /> Northern States POloler Com~any submi tted a proposed plan for ind.ustrial <br /> zoning for the VillD.ge. he plans "Iere referred to Public ':!elfare Com- <br /> mittee.
