The minutes of the September 29, 195fi meeting were read and. approved. <br />Mayor Ashbach requested Crepeau, Public Safety Director, to re-schedule <br />meeting date of Justice Court so that it does not interfere with time of <br />Council meetings. <br />Plumbing Inspector West was re~uested to inspect the well at 3974 Fairview <br />which ,'laS installed by DonnIe Lanoux, '.rell driller, ,lithout a permit. <br />Mayor AShbach announced a public hearing on the proposed TH 250 to be held <br />October 20, 1956 at the Village Hall. <br />Nayor AShbach reported that on November 10, 1953 Northern States Power <br />Company representatives will be present at meeting to explain a zoning <br />survey of Arden Hills made by them. <br />PUBLIC SAFETY: Crepeau reported. the Grotto Club held a teen-age dance <br />October 3 and plan to hold one per month at their Club house on Johanna <br />Blvd. <br />PUBLI C "/ELF A.'8.E: Following Welfare Committee recom~endation of the motion, <br />'ilinfrey moved, DeLange seconded the motion t}~at a building permit be issued <br />for a commercial building on Connelly Avenue and County Road E, as per <br />plans submitted to Public ,;elfare Committee on condition that Building <br />Inspector Kelley check code first to see if the plans require approval by <br />a registered architect.
