M� <br />-ARDEN HILLS <br />Approved: September 9, 2024 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />AUGUST 26, 2024 <br />5:00 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br />DRAFT <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Councilmember Brenda Holden called to order the <br />Special City Council Work Session at 5:15 p.m. <br />Present: Councilmembers Tom Fabel, Brenda Holden and Emily Rousseau <br />Absent: Mayor David Grant and Tena Monson <br />Also present: Interim City Administrator Jessica Jagoe; Finance Director Joua Yang; <br />Public Works Director/City Engineer David Swearingen; and Assistant to the City <br />Administrator/City Clerk Julie Hanson <br />Interim City Administrator Jagoe stated with the excused absences of Mayor Grant and <br />Councilmember Monson, she was asking for a motion from the Council for the appointment of a <br />Temporary Chairperson. <br />Councilmember Fabel moved and Councilmember Rousseau seconded a motion to have <br />Councilmember Rousseau serve as Temporary Chairperson.
