<br /> <br />J <br />, <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />Minutes, of "'eting t,f the <br />Village Council o~ the Village of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held May 6, 19~9 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a special meeting <br />and public hearing of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, <br />Minesota, was duly held at the Lake Johanna School in said Village <br />on Wednesday, May 6. 1959 at 8:00 o'clock P.1.~. <br />The following members were present: All <br />and the fellow!ng were absent: None <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the consider- <br />ation of a proposed sanitary sewer improvement in the Village. The <br />Clerk produced an affidavit Showing publication of a notice appearing <br />on the improvement two weeks in the efficial newspaper of the Village, <br />which affidavit was examined and ordered placed on file. The Mayor then <br />called upon all property owners and interested individuals present <br />either for or against said proposed improvement. <br />There follows a verbatim transcript of the meeting. <br />MAYOR ROBERT O. ASHBACH: Good evening, ladies and gentiemen. <br />If I may have your attention now we will start this proposed hearing <br />sc we may try to give you all the facts and details as >ve kno.... them. <br />The Village Council of Arden HHls thought it best at this time to <br />call a public hearing so we may impart to you the various facts and <br />figures and facilities that are available to us now at this time <br />and we want to present them to you to get your reaction because you <br />are the people who must pay for them. <br />With your permission I think it may be well if I would introduce <br />some of the village officials thqt are here tonight.
