.

.

18

of the legislature so we can get him in here and get our village
finished~
MJWOR ASHBACH: Tll> t witll give you an idea of when Roseville
intends to move so you ;know if this impact will affect you.
I want to point out that our ccnnect10n with Hoseville ill dependent
upon the apprcv~l of the City of St. Paul. We have not yet, I
don't believe, received formal apprcval from St. Paul sa even it
'you decide we should go ahead, it wou Id have to be with the under-
standing that it still can be turned down by the City Council of
St. Paul because we must receive their permission to connect to
Roseville, to go through Roseville and then St. Paul. I wanted
to point that out that there's that possibility too. We have
arrived at a tentative agreement with Roseville as to charges
and servising, etc. by handling our sewage through their lines
and that is included in that estimated cost of $36.00 per year.
Now, I know you must have a let of questions and any of you
who have questions to ask, please feel free to do so.
MR. L. E. STCREN, Glen Arden Road. In your brochure you
mentioned odd shaped lots which I happen to have and special
charges because of the fact that I do have a large frontage and
practically no property in the back. How is that going to be
worked out a!~d a Isc;; another question I had in mind, so many of the
he uses in our area have all the connections or all their cesspools
in the rear. New wouldn't it be wiser to connect from the rear
or run that main sewer down the back of all these homes.
MR. POPOVlCH: I'll answer you on the assessment question.
Tn. reason we put it in here, - we're not at this time able to
tell you how we will handle corner lots or pie shaped or odd shaped
