<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />VAYOR ASHBACH: That's one blanket application that will <br />take in all of the southern part of the Village of Arden Hilh. <br />We have extended sewer service up north of the 500 Line tracks <br />between Lexington and Hamline $0 a large part of our commercial <br />and industrial area in the village will have an outlet - a <br />possibility for a connection sometime in the future whenever it's <br />warranted, and as Roseville gets filled up they will be moving <br />inte our village so if this goes ahead we will have sewer service <br />available as a selling point for that area which is vitally needed <br />in commercial develcp~~nt. <br />r.:R.
