<br />. <br /> <br />Fire Chief Ehlers of the Lake Johanna Vol. Fire Dept. stated that the <br />fire departmeny cannot operate on Ridgewood Court on the present turn- <br />around, and could not do so even if present easement was used to extend <br />RidgewoodCourt to Siems Court as the turn would be too shaPp for a road <br />that narrow. . <br />Mayor Ashbach then asked Village Engineer Carley to present new plans for <br />project. Mr. Ca rley presented three proposed plans, No. A, B. And C, as <br />attached, and explained each plan. Copies of plans were passed to Council <br />members and to residents. A.fter c onsidera ble discussion of the proposed <br />plans, Trustee Winfrey stated that he favored Plan A. Upon motion by <br />Winfrey, seconded by Kennedy, the attached resolution was made by Village <br />Council. Mr. Conlin objected to the turn around, as proposed, and stated <br />he felt Ridgewood Court should be extended to Siems Court between lots <br />16 and 17.
