<br />; <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the Village Council <br />of the Village of Arden Hills, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held May 28, 1959 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the Lake Johanna Elementary School in said <br /> <br />Village on Thursday, the 28th day of May, 1959 at 8:00 o'clock <br /> <br />P. M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: All <br /> <br />and the following wereabsent: None <br /> <br />After an informal question and answer period was had regarding <br /> <br />proposed sanitary sewer improvements generally within the Village <br /> <br />and other related matters and questions regarding the future of <br /> <br />the Village, its tax base, zoning laws, and the future of the arms <br /> <br />plant, the Mayor asked if anyone present was from the proposed <br /> <br />sanitary sewer improvement area scheduled for immediate service. <br /> <br />No one indicated they were from that area or opposed to the imppove- <br /> <br />ment and it was obvious that the approximate forty people in <br /> <br />attendance were from areas in the Village that would receive sanitary <br /> <br />sewer service in the future. Of those present, none indicated they <br /> <br />were opposed to the proposed improvement and the spokesmen indicated <br /> <br />they w,ere merely interested in getting additional general information. <br /> <br />Member Kennedy introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />l <br /> <br />RESOLUTION INDICATING INTENTION TO PROCEED <br />ON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills <br />has proposed a sanitary sewer improvement in the Southeasterly <br />portion of the Village and the public hearing was held thereon on <br />May 6, 1959, and <br /> <br />" <br />
