<br />Minutes of Regular Council meeting, September 14, 1959 <br />2 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Public Safety: Vic Weber, Police Chief , reported that police department had some trouble <br />policing Mounds View High School at beginning of school year but department is getting <br />matter somewhat under control. <br /> <br />Clerk read a letter from Supt. Reeder sB;j'ing the school distriot haa no funds to aid us in <br />policing schools. <br /> <br />. A letter from Ramsey County sherriff's office offering paid police service to the Village <br />was referred to Attorney Courtney. <br /> <br />Attornev's Report: Courtney reported he is still working on the Josep~ Beeoh Civil De- <br />fense injury case. <br /> <br />Roger Short of Bannister Engineering distributed a oomplete tabulation of sewer bids on <br />Improvement #1, Projects 1 and 2 to Council. <br /> <br />Council, Engineer Short and Attorney Courtney discussed at length a proposed mutual sewer <br />agreement ordinanoe between Arden Hills and Roseville. Attorney Courtney to work with <br />Roseville attorney on the matter. <br /> <br />Clerk's Report: Clerk presented 3 license applioations for garbage and rubbish hauling in <br />Arden Hills. Motion made by Kennedy, seconded by Crepeau that applications of Twin City <br />Disposal Service Co., Inc. and Boyer Garbage Service be given Council approval subject to <br />Health officer's approval. Motion passed. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Council requested that Robert W.
