There's a meter station shown at this point where s.wage would be mea.lured . which would enter the Village of Roseville so the volume could be determined periodically by recording instruments. There is .' also another sewer for connection for the east.rn portion of this Improvement 2 area which 1sproposed to be lOinches in size extending east on Lydia. north of Fa1rview and east on County ROad D. In . studying the matter of sanitary sewers in thi$area. the area was divided into 4 separate districts principally in respect to the type of service received by the areas concerned. District No. 1 was the large central porticnwhich rec.ived or which discharges the sewage by gravity down a line starting at the' intersection of Stowe and New Brighton Road, running south along New Brighton Road, th,n westerlyacrou some cpen ground and south on Prior Avenue and again joining up at the IIItter station at County Read D. The other areaS drain northerly along Johanna Boulevard from just north of County ReadD all the way up toa lift station at the inters.ct1on.ofCounty Road E and Johanna Boulevard. All the sewers adjacent to this str.et discharge into into. the sewttr which drains to the north where the s.wageis lifted by a. lift . station and pumped back and eventually reaches thissalllt point where the trunk sewer started out at Stowe. and New Brighton Road.
