<br />. <br /> <br />'..'- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of V:Ulage Council <br />Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, M:!..nnesota <br />Ma:y 22, 1961 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due calJ. and notice thereof, <br /> <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, <br /> <br />a~ <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held at the Village <br /> <br />meeting of <br /> <br />Hall in said Village on ~, Ma:y 22, 1961., at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present:~. <br />~, <br /> <br />~,~ <br />~ <br /> <br />and the following were absent:~ <br /> <br />*** <br /> <br />*** <br /> <br />*** <br /> <br />Mr. Roger Short, of Banister Engineering Company, Consulting Engineers, <br /> <br />presented to the Council proposed plans and specifications for Street Improvements <br />. numbered 3, 4 and 5, as c'lirected by the Council on Ma:y 8, 1961, a.1'ter approval. of the <br />prelimi"'3;ry reports for such improvements. Said plans and specifications were ex- <br /> <br />amined and considered and c'lirected to be placed on file in the ofi'ice of the Village <br />Clerk. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />then introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AlID SPECIFICATIONS <br />AlID DIRECTING J\DVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE <br />COJ.l1BTRUCTION OF STRDl' IMPROVEMEN'l'S NUMBERED <br />3, 4 AlID 5 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, <br />that prel imi",,'"Y to the hearings to be held on proposed StTest Impravements numbered <br />3, 4 and 5, under and pursuant to M:!..nnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, the Village Clerk <br />is hereby directed to cause notice of advertisement for bids for the construction of <br />each of said :l.m;provements, in accordance with the plans and specifica;tions therefor <br />now on file in the ofi'ice of the Village C1.erk, which plans and 'Specifications are <br />hereby approved, to be pub1.ished in the ofi'iciaJ. newspaper of the Village, The Rose <br />Tribune, and in the Construction Bu1.1.etin, at Minneapolis, M:!..nnesota, not less than <br />three weeks prior to June 16, 1.961.; which notice shall. require sea1.ed bids to be <br />filed at or before 2:30 o'clock P.M" Central.
