Chapter 3 — Licenses and Regulations, Section 310 — Fees, Subsection <br /> 310.01 — Establishment of Fees by Ordinance, is hereby amended by adding the underlined <br /> language as follows: <br /> 310.01 Establishment of Fees by Ordinance. <br /> License and investigative fees for all licenses required by the City pursuant to the provisions of <br /> this code and for the following types of licenses shall be established by Ordinance and adopted <br /> by the City Council: <br /> Alcoholic beverage(intoxicating liquor); <br /> On-sale wine and combination beer-wine; <br /> Malt beverage(3.2 beer); <br /> Amusement facility(including bowling alley, arcade, dance hall,movie theater, <br /> pool/billiard tables and/or hall, indoor tennis and/or racquetball and/or squash facility, skating <br /> facility, outdoor tennis facility, driving range, shooting gallery and facilities for similar functions <br /> or activities); <br /> • Mechanical/electronic recreation devices (including mechanical and coin operated <br /> amusement device, mechanical amusement ride, mechanical musical device and devices of a <br /> similar nature); <br /> Bulk storage plant or dealership; <br /> Tobacco sales; <br /> Dog kennel operator; <br /> Garbage, refuse, and recycling collector; (adopted:12/20/07) <br /> Retail sales vendor or dealer including, but not limited to, antique dealer,boat dealer, <br /> optometrist, laundry, mortuary, video sales and rental dealer, candy vendor, butcher, dry cleaning <br /> establishment, equipment rental dealer, caterer, automobile dealer, and dealers and vendors <br /> selling or renting goods not otherwise listed; <br /> Restaurant, cafe, public dining room or eating house; <br /> Service station and self service gas/diesel station and convenience store; <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
