James Majors <br /> Clerk Lorraine Stromquist moved, seconded by Trustee Crepeau, that <br /> the Major residence, Lot 1, Block 8 ~ Shorewood Hills #2, be allowed <br /> a variance in front set back from 40 to 30 feet; a note of approval <br /> has been received from adjoining property owners; motion carried. <br /> Richard A. Jensen <br /> Mrs. G. Harmon, member of the Board of Appeals, was present and <br /> requested that Mr. Jensen's request for a variance be tabled until <br /> approval has been received from adjoining property owners. Mr. Jensen <br /> had requested permission to move and add to his home at 1133 West <br /> County Road D. <br /> J..oren Sturgeon <br /> Clerk Lorraine Stromquist moved, seconded by Trustee Nethercut, that <br /> Loren Sturgeon, 3769 New Brighton Road, be allowed to construct a new <br /> garage on the site of the old one, allowing a five foot set back; <br /> approval had been received from the adjoining property owner; motion <br /> carried. <br /> W. R. Saar <br /> Clerk Lorraine Stromquist moved, seconded by Trustee Nethercut, that <br /> Mr. Saar, 1845 Stowe Avenue, be allowed to construct a double garage <br /> on the back of his lot, 10 feet fram the rear lot line and five feet <br /> from the side lot line; approval had been received from the adjoin~ <br /> ing property owners; motion carried. <br /> Easement Check - Rysgaard <br /> Clerk Lorraine Stromquist moved, seconded by Trustee Crepeau, that <br /> approval be given for the issuance of a check in the amount of $1,200 <br /> to John Rysgaard for an easement; motion carried. <br /> 11:40 p.m. <br /> ~ <br /> . lerk <br /> ..s= <br /> ----------- <br />
