REILING EASEMENT IN <br /> SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO.6, SAID EASEMENT BEING <br /> DATED JULY 13, 1964, .AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION BY THE <br /> VILLAGE OF EASEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 9. 1964. <br /> WHEREAS, in the construction of Arden Hills Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br /> No.6 the Village of Arden Hills necessarily obtained from George J. Reiling <br /> and Mary Jane Reiling, his wife, a certain easement dated July 13, 1964, filed <br /> . with the Registrar of Titles of Ramsey County as Document No. 473389 on July 14 <br /> 1964, over and across certain property described therein, and <br /> WHEREAS, it has developed that an erroneous description was contained in <br /> said easement, and that the sewer as actually constructed upon the Reiling <br /> property is outside the easement as described in said Document No. 473389, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Rei1ings, as owners of said property, and the Village propose <br /> to enter into a new easement containing the corrected description of the <br /> easement within which the sewer has actually been constructed, and it is <br /> necessary that the Village release any and all rights granted to it under said <br /> Document No. 473389, <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the easement dated November 9, 1964, <br /> by and between George J. Reiling and Mary Jane Reiling, his wife, parties of <br /> the first part; and Village of Arden Rills, a municipal corporation, party of <br /> the second part, which easement grants to the Village a perpetual easement <br /> for sewer purposes as more fully set forth therein, and also recites the <br /> correction of the erroneous description in Document No. 473389, and further <br /> recites that Arden Hills joins in the execution of said easement for the <br /> purpose of releasing any and all rights obtained by it under said Document No. <br /> 473389, be and it hereby is in all things approved, and the proper officers <br /> of the Village are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of <br /> . the Village of Arden Hills. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk shall cause a certified copy of <br /> - 1 - <br />
