, WHEREAS , since; t::..at d:ite a nu.lllber vi parcels of property con- tained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners; and WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills in order that . the proper assessment can be extended by the county Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1963 and thereafter. NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills does hereby make the fOllowing apportionment of original assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September 9, 1960, and as amended as of Au.gust 3, 1961, against the following described properties: original Assessment: A) Ex E 260 ft of S 250 ft; $ 70.00 the S 300 ft of N 1297.1 ft of W 435.6 ft of E 525.6 ft Division 34013 of E 1/2 of SE 1/4 (subj to esmts) in See 27, T 30, R 23. Apportionment: 1) S 50 ft of N 1047.1 ft 0.00 of E 525.6 ft of SE 1/4, subj to Hwy & esmts; in Sec 27, T 30, R 23. 2) S 250 ft of N 1297.1 ft 70.00 of W 175.6 ft of E 525.6 ft of SE 1/4 of Sec. 27, T 30, R 23. The Village Clerk of the village of Arden Hills is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to . certify the same to the county Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Crepeau , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the s&~e: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
