NOW, THEREFORE, the Village council of the Village of Arden Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as contained in said assessment roll of october 26, 1962, and as amended as of August 6, 1963, against the following described properties: Original Assessment: A) Auditor's Subdivision NO. 80 $ 140.30 S 118 ft of N 664 ft of E Division 34012 184.80 ft of lot 32. '"', Apportionment: 1) W 87.4 it of E 184.8 ft of 70.15 S 118 ft of N 664 ft of Lot 32. 2) E 97.4 ft of S 118 ft of N 70.15 664 ft of lot 32. The Village Clerk of the Village of Arden Hills is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the co~nty Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota. . The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by _yrElPeau. __, and upon vote being .taken thereon, thE following v,)ted in favor thereof, and the follcwi~g voted against the same: whereupon said re&olution was declared duly passed and adopted.
