The Village Clerk of the Village of Arden Hills is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey county, Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Crepeal1 , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: .- and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
