- On motion by 5tw--r,--.~ ,seconded by ~ ' 1;; \ and carried, it was voted ~o adopt the following BKSOLUTION LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS F'OR DELINQUENT SANITARY SEWER CHARGES: BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Co~~cil of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota, as follows: 1. It is hereby determined that there are delinquent sewer charges against the properties hereinafter set forth, in the amounts set forth opposite the description of such properties. 4It 2. A special assessment in the amount hereinafter set forth is hereby levied against each of such tracts respectively. 3. The total amount of such special assessment, in each case, shall be payable with the 1964 real estate taxes due and payable during 1965. 4. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified copy of the assess- ment to the County Auditor to be extended on the proper tax lists of the County and such assessments shall be collected and paid over in the same manner as other municipal taxes. 5.
