Extract of Minutes of the Meeting of the Village C.lncil of the Village of Arden Hills Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the village of Arden Hills, Minnesota ~ was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on the . ~ Z~ day of Si.1! l.LI.doer, 1964 at . o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Kennedy, Olmen, Crepeau, & Stromquist and the following were absent: Nethercut A discussion was held regarding proposed assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.7 (Oak Avenue) . Member Stromquist introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Sanitary Sewer Improve- ment No.7 (Oak Ave.)of the Village of Arden Hills, in the area described in the legal notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and the contract prices and all expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $15,500.00 , so that the total cost of the improvement will be $15,500.00 : and of this cost the village will pay $ 0.00 as its share of 1h e cost, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $15,500.00 approximately. 2. The village clerk, with the assistance of the village engineers, Banister Engineering Company, shall forthwith aiculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such . improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and she shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in her office fbr public inspection. The services of the Machine Accounting Division of the County of Ramsey shall be utilized, insofar as possible.
