Ramsey County, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the village Hall at 1450 West Highway <br /> <br />96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 13th <br /> <br />day of July, <br /> <br />1964, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Xennedy, CrepeaU' Olman, Netherout &: Stromquist <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Stromquist introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO SANITARY <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO.1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br /> <br />No. 1 as last finally amended and adopted on September 9. 1960, <br /> <br />was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on <br /> <br />October 26, 1960 for the purpose of including installments <br /> <br />thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing <br /> <br />in 1961, and <br /> <br />. <br />, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplement~l assessments, reassessments, <br /> <br />and apportionment of previous assessmeilts in respect to Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer Improvement No. 1 was held on August 3, 1961 at which time <br /> <br />assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.1 were amended as <br /> <br />provided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed <br /> <br />in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on September 6 <br /> <br />1961 and <br />
