<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED REZONING <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, June 29, 1964, at 8:00 o'clock <br /> <br />P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, the Council of the <br /> <br />Village of Arden Hills will conduct a public hearing at the Village Hall, <br /> <br />1450 West Highway No. 96, in the Village of Arden Hills, upon the application <br /> <br />of Roberts Construction, Inc., for the rezoning from Commercial to Industrial <br /> <br />of the following described property in the Village of Arden Hills, to-wit: <br /> <br />All that part of the West 250 feet of the <br />SE~ of the SE~ of Section 27, Township 30, <br />Range 23, lying Southerly of the Minneapolis, <br />St. Paul & Sault Ste Marie Railway right of <br />way, except the South 243 feet thereof. <br /> <br />This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 60 <br /> <br />of the Village of Arden Hills, and all parties interested in said proposed <br /> <br />rezoning will be heard at the aforesaid time and place. <br /> <br />Dated at Arden Hills, Minnesota this 15th day of June, 1964. <br /> <br />r <br />'-, <br /> <br />Lorraine E.
