WHEREAS since thut date a n<~ber vf parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners and WHEREAS, the COunty Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills in ~ order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County ,~ i .J (\ \~1 \, ~ Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing wi th an assessment to be collected in the year 1963 end there- afterr NOW THEREFORE, the Village Council of the village of Arden Bills does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as contained in said assessment roll of October 12, 1961, and as amended as of July 16, 1962against the following described properties: Original Assessment: A) Ex N 907.63 ftr the E 103 ft of W 566 ft of Govt Lot 5, Sec 34, T 30, R 23 $1258.20 Division 33385 Apportionment: 1) S 200 ft of N 1107.63 ft of E 90 ft of W 566 ft of Govt Lot 5 (subj to esmts) in Sec 34, T 30, R 23 896.00 2) Ex N 200 ft of E 90 ftr the 362.20 fol: ex N 907.63 ftr the E 103 ft of W 566 ft of Govt Lot 5 (subj to esmts) in Sec 34, T 30, R 23 The Village Clerk of the Village of Arden Hills is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to ~ certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Nethercut , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
