(6 ~ <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO SANITARY ~~. <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 t)' I <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the village of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br /> <br />No. 1 as last finally amended and adopted on September 9, 1960, <br /> <br />was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on <br /> <br />October 26, 1960 for the purpose of including installments <br /> <br />thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing <br /> <br />in 1961, and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, <br /> <br />and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer Improvement No. 1 was held on August 3, 1961 at which time <br /> <br />assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 were amended as <br /> <br />provided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed <br /> <br />in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on September 8, <br /> <br />1961 and <br />
