<br /># <br /> <br />. <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of <br />Ramsey County by resolution, dated October 7, 1963, <br />classified as nonconservation land certain ~arcels <br />lying within the limits of the Village of Arden <br />Hills; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification <br />resolution together with a list of the lands classified <br />has been submitted for approval of tne classification <br />and sale of the land classified in accordance with <br />MSA, Section 282.01, Sub. 1; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the classi- <br />fication of the land shown on said list as none on- <br />servation land and the sale thereof be and hereby is <br />approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Village Clerk <br />be and hereby is authorized to file a certified <br />copy of this resolution in the Office of the Land <br />Commis s ioner. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF RANISEY ) <br /> <br />I, Lorraine E.
