Complete teoulrtion attached to <br />the minutes. <br /> <br />Bid AWard <br />Trustee-olmen moved the bid be awarded to Dedolph Construotion Co., <br />771 W. 7th St., St. Paul. Minn., the low bidder, this bid to include <br />the M~2 deduotion ot $425~00, bringiog the cost to $5,925.00, approved <br />subject to the approval of the V1l1ar-e Atty. and Engincer; seconded <br />by Clerk Lorraine Stromquist; motion carried. <br /> <br />BUILDING INSPECT9RISREPORT <br /> <br />Circ Ie 8 RanCh ' <br />Clay Kelley. I:luildlng~lnspector. informed the Coulcil that on Feb. 1'7. <br />1964. he 1:n.s'pe'cted the hul1dinge and groo'lds of the Circle S RAnch and <br />founa that the grounds are well maintained and there were no odors. <br />However. the buildings are in 8 state of disrepair, with no fire control <br />equipme nt aI:parent. ' <br /> <br />Walter Baugh, Heating 'r~speotor, submitted a written report, which was <br />read by the Clerk. 8aid report stated that two 1nspectionshad been <br />made. At the time of, the second 1nspect10n. the owner was available <br />and appeared very cooperative, aod agreed to carry out the recolDll1end~'o <br />t10ns suggested by Mr. Baugh. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br />Winfield West, Plumbing Inspector, reported that there WaS no plumbing <br />to inspeot. Facilities were a two compartment outhouse and an outsido <br />pump. which was banked with manure to keep from freezing; he telt <br />this was used tor watering the horses. <br /> <br />The Couooil agreed thl)t nOc'further aotion be tl;lken at this tilte as <br />the faci11tiesare not uled by the publlc. <br /> <br />Lindey1s Prime Steak House <br />Mr. Aelley reported that the auxiliary door has been installed as <br />required by the Fire Department. <br /> <br />Ste~en.on Matter ' <br />Mr. elley informed the Council that no appreCiable work has been <br />done to the Stepnenson home, lb56 Lake Johanna Blvd., in the last <br />30 days, however, he was unable to inspect the interior. <br /> <br />- cont1nued - <br />
