Stromqulst <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Stromqulat <br /> <br />Netb,ercut <br />introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLU'l'ION RELATING TO APPOR'l'IONMENT <br />OF ASSBSSMENTS RELATING TO SANI'mRY <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 6 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WBERBAS the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br /> <br />No.6 as last finally adopted on November 1, 1963, was filed and <br /> <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 3, <br /> <br />1963 for the purpose of including installments thereof to be <br /> <br />collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1964, and <br /> <br />WBERBAS since that date a number of parcelsof property <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed <br /> <br />by previoue property owners and <br /> <br />WHBRBAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br /> <br />apportionment of the original assessment against each original <br /> <br />tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be <br /> <br />made by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Bills in order <br />
