NOne <br /> <br />The Village Clerk presented an affidavit show1ng pub1Lca~Lon <br /> <br />of notice of heariD9 on propoeed Water Improvement No. 67-1 10 <br /> <br />accordance with the resolution adopted July 31, 1967, which <br /> <br />affidavit was examined and fOWld to be satisfactory and was <br /> <br />directed to be filed by the Clerk. The Village Clerk also ex- <br /> <br />h1bited a Certificate of Malllog NOtice of Bearing to al1 affected <br /> <br />property owners, which certificate was examined and fOWld to be <br /> <br />satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Clerk. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Clerk to read the description <br /> <br />of the general aature and est1lllated coat of the proposed improve- <br /> <br />ment and the area propoeed to be assessed therefor, as stated in <br /> <br />the pUblished notice of hearlog. After reading of the notice, <br /> <br />all persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard, and <br /> <br />the names and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by <br /> <br />the COWlcll, and the substance of the views presented by them <br /> <br />were as follows. <br />
