STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY Vil.LAGE OF ARDEN HILLS . RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY REPORT OF ENGINEERS AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON LAKE JOSEPHINE DRAINAGE DITCH WHEREAS, pu,su~nt to resolution of the Council Banister Engineering Company, Village Engineers, have submitted a report dated August 18, 1967 , with reference to construftion of a storm sewer extending towards Lake Josephine from the intersection of Ingerson Road and Fernwood Street, which report has been received by the COUncil this 28th day of August, 1967, . ' NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCil. OF ARDEN Hil.LS, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the proposed improvement at a public hearing thereon to be held at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on September 11, 1967 in the Village Hall, and the Administrative Clerk shall give mailed and pup1ished notice of such hearing as is required by law. 2. Said proposed improvement is the construction of a storm sewer , of approximately 250 linear feet of 3&' C.M.P. along with appurtenances, which sewer wou~d be placed along the line of the ditch presently existing and running in a souf(hwester1y direction towards Lake Josephine from the southwesterly corner of the intersection of Ingerson Road and Fernwood Street. The estimated total cost of the improvement is $4,700.00. It is proposed to assess benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pUFsu~nt to the provisions of MS Chapter 429, as amended, and the area proposed to be assessed includes all of Blocks 1, 2, and 4, Josephine Hills; and all of Blocks 5, 9, 10, and 11, Josephine . Hills Plat No.2, both of said plats according to the recorded plats thereof in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County.
